A warm welcome greets you in this traditional stone built house within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and only a few minutes walk/0.5 mile from Dolgellau.

We are surrounded by magnificent countryside, mountains, rivers, forests and lakes.

Location

Tanyfron is on the edge of the old market town of Dolgellau (five minutes' walk to the cente). It stands in its own grounds with lovely views and gardens - we won the Wales in Bloom contest in 2000. It's peaceful, quiet and has off road private parking.

Accommodation

The accommodation is Visit Wales 4-star acredited Bed and Breakfast. It offers all modern en-suite rooms, centrally heated, with colour LCD-T.V., tea/coffee making facilities, fridges and hairdriers in every room. All rooms are decorated to a high standard, with scenic countryside views.

Breakfast

There are three options for breakfast served in the morning:

> a hearty, cooked breakfast
> a vegetarian option or
> a lighter, more continental style.

There is a laundry available for guests' use. Drying facilities for boots and outer garments are available on request. We have a lock up facility cycles.
